If there is immediate danger

Call the Philippine National Emergency Hotline at 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for an appointment, website response, email, or booking confirmation.

If it is safe to do so, tell a trusted person what is happening and ask them to stay with you while emergency help is being contacted.

24/7 mental-health crisis support

The National Center for Mental Health crisis hotline provides round-the-clock support. Use the line appropriate for your phone network below. Call charges or connection availability may vary by provider.

What Mandala Narratives can and cannot do

Mandala Narratives provides scheduled online services and cannot dispatch emergency responders, continuously monitor messages, or guarantee an immediate practitioner response.

For non-emergency support, you can explore current services or contact the support team. If the situation becomes urgent, use 911, a crisis hotline, or the nearest emergency department instead.
