What is an Employee Assistance Program?
An Employee Assistance Program, or EAP, is an employer-sponsored benefit that connects employees with professional support for personal and work-related concerns. It gives your people a starting point when life feels difficult to manage.
At Mandala Narratives, we work with organizations to discuss counseling support and well-being activities that fit their team. Session allowances, eligibility, and access arrangements are defined in your program agreement.
Support for your people
Life doesn't stop at the start of a workday. These are some of the concerns employees may want to bring to a conversation.
Stress and emotional well-being
A place to talk about day-to-day stress, burnout, grief, and emotional challenges at work or at home.
Family and relationships
Support for relationship concerns, parenting pressures, caregiving responsibilities, and changes in family life.
Workplace challenges
Space to work through communication difficulties, workplace relationships, career transitions, and work-life boundaries.
Guidance and next steps
An opportunity to discuss concerns, understand available support, and explore referrals when more specialized care is needed.
Make care part of your workplace
An EAP is one way to turn your commitment to employee well-being into a practical benefit your team can use.
Make support easier to reach
Give employees a clear starting point when they want to speak with a professional.
Support the person beyond their role
Recognize that personal responsibilities and workplace challenges can overlap.
Build a culture of care
Make well-being a visible part of your employee benefits and internal communication.
From conversation to launch
How partnership works
- 01
Tell us about your team
Share your organization size, work setup, and the support you are looking for. We start with a conversation about your priorities.
- 02
Shape the program together
Discuss counseling session allowances, access arrangements, workshops, and budget. Confirm the scope and terms before launch.
- 03
Help employees get started
Plan orientation and clear communication so your team understands what is included, how to access support, and where to ask questions.
Clarity builds trust
Employees need to understand how their information is handled before accessing support. During program planning, discuss confidentiality, its limits, consent, and any reporting arrangements with our team.
Already covered by your employer? Confirm your eligibility and EAP booking instructions with your HR or benefits contact before using the public booking flow.

Who is this program for?
HR teams, business owners, and organizations exploring professional well-being support for their employees. Start by telling us about your team and the kind of program you have in mind.
Is there a standard price or session allowance?
Program costs, eligibility, and session allowances are agreed with your organization. Contact us to discuss your team size, preferred support, and budget so we can explore an appropriate scope.
Can employees use the individual booking page?
Employees should first confirm their organization's EAP access instructions. Public booking prices and payment steps may differ from the arrangements included in an employer-sponsored program.
Can we include workshops or orientation?
Workshops and employee orientation can be discussed during program planning. The topics, format, schedule, and inclusions should be confirmed as part of your organization's agreement.
What should we include in our inquiry?
Share your organization name, approximate team size, work setup, and the support you would like to explore. General program requirements are enough for the first conversation; please leave out individual employee health information.
