Clinical Editorial and Content Policy

This policy explains the Mandala Narratives Platform publishing safeguards used to keep authorship clear, clinical review separate, sources visible, and unsupported claims out of indexable content.

Authorship and accountability

Educational and policy content published through the Mandala Narratives Platform is attributed to Mandala Narratives as an organization. This identifies the organization responsible for maintaining the page; it is not a fictional clinician or a substitute for clinical review.

Practitioner names, supplied professional titles, service prices, duration, availability, and article publication dates come from Mandala Narratives Platform records. Editorial content does not override those details.

Clinical review

Authorship and clinical review are separate. Source-backed educational concern guides may be published under the Mandala Narratives organization author without implying that a clinician reviewed them. When a page does name a clinical reviewer, that person's identity, public credentials, and participation in the review must first be verified.

A review date describes a substantive source and content review. We do not add a clinician, credential, or fresh date merely to make a page appear more authoritative. Pages that require named clinical review remain noindex until the required verified review data exists.

Sources and updates

Sources are selected for direct relevance and authority, with preference for government agencies, professional regulators, original assessment documentation, and primary research. A visible source list includes the publisher and the date the source was checked.

Content is updated when its underlying guidance, live service facts, or visitor decision needs materially change. Cosmetic edits alone do not reset a review date.

Corrections policy

Readers and practitioners can report a suspected factual, attribution, source, or credential error to support@mandalanarratives.com. Include the page URL and a concise description, but do not send assessment answers, session notes, booking reasons, or other sensitive health details.

We assess the cited page and its source record, correct verified errors on the Mandala Narratives Platform or route the issue to the team responsible for the underlying record, and update the review date only when the review is substantive. Urgent safety errors are prioritized.

Credential verification

Practitioner pages display names, titles, biographies, languages, and credential labels shown on current Mandala Narratives Platform profiles. The platform does not infer a license, specialty, or professional status from marketing copy or keywords.

Visitors can independently check regulated professional licenses through the official Professional Regulation Commission verification service. If a profile and the regulator's record appear inconsistent, contact Mandala Narratives before booking so the discrepancy can be reviewed.

Assessment and tool privacy

The current assessment flow submits answers together with the name, email address, and consent information entered by the visitor to the existing assessment service. Public assessment-result URLs are marked noindex and are excluded from public navigation and the sitemap. Visitors should not share a result link.

The current interactive wellness tools run their exercises in the browser and do not submit typed or selected reflections to Mandala Narratives. Standard page-level analytics may still operate under the site's privacy controls, but raw tool entries and assessment answers must never be analytics properties.

This page does not invent a retention period that the Mandala Narratives Platform cannot verify. The Privacy Policy governs personal-information handling, and each enriched assessment or tool page must disclose any additional verified behavior before it can be approved for indexation.

Crisis content

Mandala Narratives is an appointment-based online service, not an emergency or crisis-response service. Pages that may be reached by someone in acute distress provide a clear path to current emergency and crisis resources.

Crisis contact details are checked against government sources and show a checked date. If a listed line cannot be reached or someone is in immediate danger, use the national emergency hotline or go to the nearest emergency department.
