Cancellation Timeline

24+ Hours Before Session

Full refund or free rescheduling available with no penalties.

5-24 Hours Before Session

Full refund for cancellations. Free rescheduling available.

1-5 Hours Before Session

Rescheduling fee of ₱350 applies. Cancellations are non-refundable.

Within 1 Hour or No-Show

Non-refundable. ₱350 rescheduling fee applies for no-shows.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable as per payment processor policies

Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations

If your practitioner cancels or is unable to attend, you will receive:

  • Full refund, OR
  • Free rescheduling at no additional cost

Repeated Cancellations

Frequent cancellations or no-shows may affect your eligibility for future bookings or require prepayment.
