About Donna Gift T. Romasanta, RGC, CMHFR

Donna Gift Romasanta is a Guidance Counselor and currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). She is also a certified Mental Health First Responder and Resiliency Coach who provides psychological support to adolescents through late adulthood. She has experience in individual and group counseling, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, self-harm and suicidal ideation (with appropriate risk assessment and referral), and adjustment-related issues. She is trained in crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed approaches, supporting clients in developing effective coping strategies and emotional regulation skills. Donna has also undergone intensive clinical training, including psychological assessment, case conceptualization, and progress monitoring, while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. She is committed to ethical practice, confidentiality, and promoting resilience, mental health awareness, and overall well-being.
